Shipping

All shipping prices are calculated on an order by order basis. Once you have placed your order an automatic email will be sent confirming your order. Within a few days we will email you with your shipping options. Once you have elected a shipping option we will then send you a link to a secure PayPal page to pay for your shipping.

Dispatch time:

If we have all of the products in your order on hand we will ship your order within 5 working days of payment. If we do not have part or all of your order on hand we will advise you of this and give you estimated lead times. If these lead times are pushed out for any reason we will keep you updated. By grouping your order into one delivery this will incur less transport and packaging costs to you and the environment. Please let us know if you would prefer that we shipped parts of your order as product becomes available. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Within New Zealand:

All orders are sent using either the Track & Trace system offered by Fastway Couriers www.fastway.co.nz or New Zealand Post www.nzpost.co.nz. You will need to sign a receipt upon delivery of your order. For this reason we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please use only private, work or rural addresses. Also please use a delivery address at which you or someone on your behalf will be available to receive it. Once picked up by Fastway or Courier Post it will normally take 24 hours within the North Island and 48 hours within the South Island to be delivered (excluding weekends and rural addresses may take a little longer).

International shipping:

All orders are sent using New Zealand Post postal or courier services. Below shows the shipping options, including insurance cover, Track & Trace availability and estimated delivery times.

Once we have sent off your package we will email you to confirm your tracking number (with applicable link to website) for you to be able to see the progress of you package (unavailable to International Economy):

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Upon placing these amendments on this website they will be effective immediately. After such amendments have been placed with your continuation of using this website, you agree that you are bound by this amended Shipping Policy.
